Steam doesnt doesnt seem to be downloading all of rust

When i launch my game it launches then another window shows up and says the game crashed the crash report folder 2016-03-08_210136 next to game executable it would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game but doesnt close till i click ok if i click on my rust and try to join a server then it full crashes and i have no idea where to upload the file to
