are there any mods i can add to my server? maybe tools for admins, or nsta craft. if someone could refer me id appreciate it a bunch!
There are currently no mods for Rust, however you can edit crafting speeds for people on the server. See this site for more help;

As Crath said above, there's no tools or mods available at the moment. The only thing you can do is login to your rcon in-game and adjust parameters for crafting/pvp/sleep etc.
Please don't be like 95% of other server admins and spawn yourself items. It will ruin your server and just piss everyone off!

I agree with Mud, spawn what you must but the game is boring if you keep insta giving everything.
