Me and my 2 friends are playing on the same router but we keep getting disconnected when the other person joins the same server so there can only be 1 of us on the same server at the same time.
Anyone else having this problem? Or does anyone know a fix for this?

Have you tried several different servers or a community one instead of a modded one?
It may be an issue with a modded server having a feature that only allows one connection for each IP.
If it is a mod, that admin mustn't know what they're doing.. Easily a quarter of my players share IPs with other players (housemates, net cafe/LAN, friends over each others' places) - there are 3 Rust players in this house. I'd certainly never install that sort of mod :p
If it still happens on in modded servers though (especially official servers) then I would suggest trying a different modem/router and see if it still happens. Could be an issue with the device or config.
