There seem to be around 100 people who can connect to it, yet whenever I try it says status_disconnected.
Edit: Now it's happening to me on the other official server too.

I only couldn't join the other server for a moment, it's working fine right now. However, I still couldn't connect to the dev server.
While it's saying there are 104 people online, others I asked also said they couldn't join it, so the number must be frozen.
no response from host error.
yes i have seen this a few time from the dev server, it locks up, having the same population for hours is a give away, we will just have to wait for it to reset.
I have taken my server off the official list now but it's still running and should be available via your history tab on server page.
