I've searched and i didnt find any explanation of what signal supply does, does it call a plane and it drops the resources where u dropped the signal, or just random?
According to Helk, it calls an airdrop that drops supplies within 100 meters of you.
It does indeed. You throw it, it billows out green smoke and a few seconds later you'll hear the supply drop plane.
Then 1-3 crates, as per a usual drop, will come out over that area with reasonably close proximity to the drop. Seen 4 being used at the same time... well one after the other.
