Not running the best setup, but I have no trouble running most games.
Running on steam.
Nvidia GeForce GTX 260
AMD A6-3500
8GB Ram
Have tried three times, moving down from simple to fast to fastest.
Looking at my event viewer, I'm getting Kernel-Power Event ID 41. Which just basically says "hey this computer shut down wasn't expected/clean." Nothing coming up before it.
Any suggestions?
Yeah, new graphics card would be a nice start.
What version's your Nvidia graphics drivers, and does your GPU temperature get too high?

Clearly. But if I can run other graphically intensive games with no issues, I don't see why I couldn't run this on its lowest settings.

The game is unoptimized currently.
Unoptimized and buggy.
Also I gotta ask... Why are you using a dedicated card with an APU? :v: In fact, what GPU is that CPU paired with? It actually just might be a better one than your dedicated card...

Pretty sure I just updated the drivers yesterday due to a prompt. And I dont think its running hot or spiking. I'll test it out

IIRC the reason I threw that in was because it wasnt better. And I have an APU due to a system fry requiring the need of a replacement asap. Havent gotten around to upgrading.

Temps are average and drivers updated. Same thing happens. I get to the play/options screen it sits for a few seconds and then reboot. No error, no crashy artifacts or glitches. Just shuts down.

i got the same problem... i got nvidia geforce gtx 295 and the game crashes after joining a server
