Is it allowed to advertise my server on Facepunch Forum?

I don't want to be banned so I ask first, so am I allowed to advertise my server on Facepunch Forums?
I have no idea "Piracy and Leaks" section means even thought I am sharing server not leaking something but I am still curious :P about "You provide links" (Sharing server require Server IP, does that marked as a links?)
