That's kind of the total opposite of how we feel. We don't mind that server populations are dropping. We don't mind that player counts are dropping. The last thing we want to to is encourage people to take part in the alpha with a sale or any other kind of marketing/promotion. We're in early development. We need to develop the game. That's what will increase (and keep) player participation.
Watch what that chart does after even just the upcoming patch. Everyone is watching...and waiting. Well except for you. You're here, hard at work authoring the soon to be classic "Rust is dying, was fun while it lasted. kbai" thread.

When the new update comes out with more content the numbers will be even higher then before, then drop again during update voids. edit: Only 15k concurrent players? Damn games completely dead just shut it down right now.
Like I will, Maybe they will come back when the game will be better.
Perhaps it's the realization of everyone that maybe Rust isn't actually worthwhile at the moment. I never understood the popularity of Rust which is so extremely early in development that it's not fun and super broken.
Well yeah that's kinda what happens when alpha testing a very early build of a game lol. Once shit gets more polished and stable people will come back to try it again. anyways if you're gonna post a thread here, do try and put more effort into it then just a picture.
