This is just something i experienced randomly.
if the Grass setting is at its lowest items that you drop are nearly unfindable i droppt an ak randomly into the grass and searched for like 2mins to find it which was a Hard. Please give Items something that you can notice them when they are droppt
It's a quality of life thing. Maybe if you crouched and were right next to it, items could have an outline, simulating a careful search.
