I'm trying to join Rust server, but I get message "Disconnected (VAC Banned)". I tried join other server, those working really really good. Please someone can help me with this issue..?

Some servers have a plug in that checks for ANY VAC bans on your account. If it finds one, for any game, you are booted and not allowed to join.
Sucks to have cheated, right?
you have a prior VAC ban (273 days ago). some servers refuse connection to players who have one, or have had one within a certain time frame. all i can suggest is try another server.

That is why you cannot join that particular server. Either contact the admin and state your case or find another server.
