I have a hacker on NA1 server that keeps suiciding me in the game Rust ..

If you know the Steam user you can report it to Valve in Steam.

If you have video proof you can report it to a server admin (if there is one) and (s)he might decide to act upon it (or not)

No one here can help you, if it is making playing on that server unbearable, play on a different server. Ones with active admins or less players have less hackers.

There is no thread for reporting hackers, because you can't prove anyone is hacking with enough certainty to actually ban someone from. The game has automated anticheats that will update to ban them, let them sort it.
