Alright, I tried connecting to other servers and I got in except East Coast 1 which is my main server. I don't think it's down since there's like 20+ players, any idea why I can't connect?

Join a official server leave then try join your main server this is what I have to do almost every day
Okay, I tried doing that, I connected to North America 1 server, got in and I disconnected and tried to join East Coast 1 which is also a official server, and still can't join. It gets stucked @ "Connecting" then "Failed to connect..." appears.

I am having the seemingly exact same issue, EC1 has stated it has 24 ppl in it for the last 2 days, i can accsess all servers but this one now, it is my main and has the least ping,
you are not alone, i have had this issue sence 5AM monday, idk. is this particular server down?
P.S. can anny one acces this server? how many people do you see in it?

i still cant get in this makes me sad, i feel like my building are rotting, if the server is frozen or somthing will my wood building still rot?

We need a reboot as soon as possible. The beginning of work tomorrow, GMT, is not soon enough.
ok so now EC1 is not showing up, a assume this is a step in the right direction, they wernt kidding about them networking issues, i think the ppl they buy from are alowing this to happen
Try resetting your router/modem, maybe restarting your computer.
That usually works for me.
maybe restarting your game too or steam.
If none of those work, then idk what to say
its not that type of issue, its there server not my computer

The server was hanging for 36 hours, and has been off the server list for 12. The server needs to be fixed by facepunch, it's not a PEBKAC issue.

I had same issue while back and all I had to do is reboot my modem worked fine after.
