Are you looking for a no bs server where griefing is not tolerated and admins are here to help, not abuse. This server for adults (18+) who like the idea of gathering in peace but also enjoy some good old fashioned PvP action.
Our steam group has close to 200 people in it so we already have a solid community of players. There is an admin in the server at most times and we have a community site to post any complaints or issues.
Server Rules:
- PvP Pants - If you are wearing pants, PvP. No pants players are PvE.
- Rad Zones are PvP - regardless of pants, if theres rads clicking, it is PvP.
- No abusing pants rule. This includes: putting your pants on quick and firing or following people home with no pants on.
- We are an adult community, 18+ only please.
- Respect other players. No harassing or abuse.
- No trolling or griefing allowed. No blocking players in their house.
- Raiding is allowed so protect your things!
- Close proximity to airdrop crates is a free for all PvP zone (pants or not).
About the server:
- Freshly wiped 7/21 (will wipe monthly)
- Located in NYC
- Type /starter to get a hatchet, bow, tuna and bag.
- Custom silver system. Earn silver for activity, buy resources with silver.
- Custom loot tables. Resources such as planks and low quality metal will drop in boxes and red animals.
- C4 blueprints and military drops are rare.
- Arrow recovery
- Death messages
- Airdrops once every in game day (with over 5 people)
- Short nights - Nights are 5 minutes, Days are 55 minutes
- Sleepers on
- Destroy mod
- Crafting is instant
- Decay is off but we do clear out abandoned buildings often to keep lag down
- Durability is 1/4 so you can use your hatchet for a couple days without it breaking
- We already have a solid group of regulars in our community, come join us!

We had a great first day yesterday! I've tweaked the loot tables to make weapon mods and research kits drop more often.
Stupidest rules I've ever heard of "If you are wearing pant's, PVP enabled, if not, NO PVP ALLOWED!"
What stops people from quickly switching back and fourth? Probably abused horribly... Dumb rules= zero population amritie?
Thanks for your feedback. I understand the rules are unique and not for everyone. We are really just testing the water here to see what works and doesn't while we build a community of people in anticipation for reboot.
We've coded some logging on top of magma which records if people are wearing pants or not when they are hurt. This, along with our active admins, has the rules rarely abused.
The ~130 people in our steam group appreciate the rules. We've been maintaining several people in the server with upwards of 15-20 at peak times. I'd love to have our community grow more (hence this thread) but also understand this is an uphill battle because the overall Rust user base is on the decline while everyone waits for reboot.

Just modified the loot tables to up the chance of research kits and weapon mod drops.
Also, no one has C4 yet so now is a great time to start a base and protect your stuff!
Tweaked the loot tables a bit to drop larger quantities of lqm, planks and kevlar in airdrops.
We're celebrating our first week by running extra airdrops all day long! Expect 2, 3 or more drops per hour!
Extra airdrop day is going great so far but its not over yet! We've a lot of new people, come join the fun!
Our group is now up to 150 people, come join the fun!
Injury time is now lower (10 second max). Fall damage is still on though so watch out!

Just increased airdrops to come every 45 minutes with 5 or more players.
Tweaked the loot tables again so C4 BP will drop a bit more often (gotta even the playing field for players who haven't gotten it yet).
Also, running some extra airdrops today so nows a great time to join!
Had to turn arrow recovery off cause it was lagging the server :(
Thankfully, /starter gives 20 arrows and instacraft is on so it shouldn't really make a difference :)

Tweaked our admin logging system so we get alerts if players attack without pants or without rads!
Supply signals drop more often now in airdrops!
Added supply signal drops to weapon crates!
We are celebrating hitting the 200 member mark tonight by running extra drops and giving out supply signals at random tonight! Players in the server have a good chance of having a supply signal show up in their inventory :)

Increased the quantity of planks, lqm and signals that drop in airdrops.
