Poor Gun play lag or bad frame rate do you suffer

3.500GB x8 core Process ... GTX 960 gfx

Well i can play the game at high settings with only about 40-50 frps but i do get gittering now and then depending on server but the gun play is terrible espiecialy at close quarters very laggy

So i try to play medium settings which is very nice and playable but gun play better but still terrible

so i try to play at the very fastest settings to try and not lag when firing weapons but although its very much better it feels like to a certain extent i am always fighting the motion blur of the weapon

is this just me of does anyone else find the same problem or is it just me
