Well, video is private as has been pointed out already but whether or not they're hacking is irrelevant. I'm not saying don't record them, just that I wouldn't dedicate a lot of time and hard drive space to it.
Ultimately you'll have to wait for VAC and/or Cheatpunch to dole out punishment, both of which are automated systems.
Alternatively, if it's a community server you can attempt to report them to an admin who may at least ban them from that server specifically.

Agreed. This is not me having a cry that I lost my stuff. I've raided people, and been raided plenty of times. Really doesn't bother me, it's just how the game is! Just thought I'd show the rust community to see what they think.

admins have confirmed it was a hacker and he was banned. Every one of these people should be named and shamed
