What kind of admin do you enjoy playing with most?

I admin for a server, and I wanted to get some feedback as to what KIND of admin you want to play with. The admin who does nothing but bans cheaters? The admin who helps teach new players and will help you if you screwed up a wall while building your house? etc. Choose all things you want your admin to do.
