to your punchlist - please add region lock/wider server support.

i'm not trying to sound bigoted, to begin my topic;

however, one thing i would like to see implemented soon is either region locking or wider server support. currently on east coast we have servers that fill with brazilians and mexicans who speak 0 english, causing gameplay separations, and with bad connections drive up latency in the servers/have lag advantages over other players.

i won't even mention how bad the lag is on official servers, either (speaking for east coast;) i think this could be cut dramatically with a region lock on servers whilst offering servers for these other regions, or, even better, an automatic ban function for higher pings.
