Does anyone else have this problem?
I have an m4 with the holosight on it, and even single shotting the accuracy is poor for me.
I can use a p250 like a sniper tho.
I think my main problem is weapon sway, anyone else have problems?
My aim isn't bad, and i am new to it, only used it a couple times just asking for opinions.
just practice more. it requires particular precision, i've learned especially with the recoil bounce (even harder on the mp5).
Weapon Sway will make some shots miss but it really shouldn't be tooooooo bad...

Yeah, i feel you, i feel weapon sway is a bit much when standing still tho, if you crouch i notice it lessens, which is great, but if you're moving sure sway away.
If you are sitting there aiming down the scope, you shouldn't have a problem, hell maybe even add a feature to hold your breath with shift or something while sighting
I do not have a problem with the m4 i can hipfire it pretty far and kill people and aim with it to kill people
without any problems i do notice the swaying of the gun but does not effect me.it could be cause im use to csgo.
I've noticed M4 being a rather hard weapon to control in close quarters. Mid-long range it's simple to whip shot.
Also one thing im wondering is, why did they put m4 in rather than the ak?
Seems the m4 being a military weapon, and requires alot of upkeep etc would be the last thing you would use.
AK being something that is easy to make, maintain etc.
The gunplay in rust is one of the best things it has going for it. Huge skill curve with the horizontal recoil. Unlike in games like COD or BF you can pretty much laser all your weapons and Insta kill anyone if you see them first
not saying it should be easy, just saying i have no problem with other guns except for m4 even single shot directly in crosshair it misses alot of the time.
I guess it would help if there wasnt rubberbanding but :P i shoot the m4 better without the holosight it seems.

Sorry but that was horrible to watch. It seemed that you had absolutely no understanding of the game. No sprinting, looting wrong bags, putting stairs wrong, taking cheap food which will result in you leaving important stuff due to no bagspace, etc...
On a side note is there any way to extend bag space?
i think they should add a grip that reduces sway to help.

if you check their trello page you can see they are working on more weapon attachments, some to improve weapon sway and accuracy.
I dont know about the rest of you guys but since the servers went down im having a hell of time firing the m4

about attachments....does the laser attachment actually help with hip fire or zoomed in accuracy? All it has done for me is reveal to the enemy where my position is

its not that much easier to make / maintain.
I own an AR15 and PSL54c, both are the same upkeep although I take better care of my PSL due to shooting corrosive ammo in it. Both guns will fire a thousand rounds between cleanings, but the AR is more prone to jamming at that point. only upkeep on either gun is to just keep the things clean and the cleaning posses between the two is about the same.
