Update, I believe Remover Tool 1.7 is what is causing memory Leaks. See post below I just got off live support with multiplay. I help run our official RustHelper.com creative server, so we have more of a CPU/memory load than traditional servers. We haven't had any issues though even with everything going on until randomly this afternoon. I did numerous things. I did a server wipe. I removed all plugins and re-added them. I basically did a full reset, still having CPU leaks. Here is the chart. Oxide has some leaks. Best way to fix the issue is remove Oxide core completely.
I had a few issues with Oxide in general, switched back to default as it runs more smoothly and more people tend to join it anyways
Yeah, that was mentioned in my chat with multiplay and I was recommended to do regular restarts. It would be great if that could be fixed because otherwise its a bit of a pain to run a true creative server haha.

And oxide is done for free by just regular dudes, so you can't expect much. Restarting is only a crutch. I had my CPU and/or memory spiking every hour and massive rubberbanding. Removed oxide and wiped fresh and been running for weeks now with no issues.
Update on my diagnosing of the issue: I have deduced that Remover Tool 1.7 is what is causing the leaks. I loaded the server fresh with Oxide only and no add ons. I added back in Advanced Kits so people could people. No issues. Added back in remover --> CPU Leaks. Here is the monitor showing this.
