Game's visual are screwed

Hi,

Recently, I've been getting 1 fps on Rust. I was desperate, so I went to YouTube and downloaded a guys config files to increase my fps. My fps did increase, but my screen is just colorful now when I get in game. I tried reinstalling the game, verifying the integrity of the game's cache, restarting, getting my friends to send me their config to place in cfg. Nothing works. Please help. I really want to play. Try doing alt+enter to go fullscreen. I think I saw something the other day that looked similar.

Try deleting C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\cfg, or just the whole Rust folder and then re-downloading.
