RUST Coordinate system for X, Y, Z?

Good Morning from Southern Texas - Aggieland!

So last night I tried to free a stuck player on my server using teleport only to realize that I have no fn clue what X, Y, Z system to use and well he died :)

does anyone have a map with grid/coordinates?

Thanks a ton Vemelon! does anyone know how to calculate coordinates or if I need Oxide/Rust++ in order to show coordinates ingame?
