There are external programs that make a crosshair appear on your screen. Although it's cheating to be honest.

You can do that with any tool for overlay screens for streaming purposes ... is just a transparent png in the center of the screen.

To be honest, I'm not sure how a crosshair is a "cheat". Even if he is spraying, you should have the advantage over him by just using your head and aiming. He is probably just a CS player who likes to have a crosshair on screen. Get over it, I'm sure you guys would use it too if you knew how to do it.

new asus monitors come with built in software that overlays a crosshair on the screen. I found it under the menu options on mine
