Hey all,
I set up a Rust server and forwarded the correct ports through the router and my windows firewall. I can connect via F1->client.connect localhost:28015
I cannot connect via the server browser, though it does show up. Some say that you cannot connect to the remote IP from within the network hosting it.
I have a roomate who wants to connect to my server. How should he connect? He cannot connect via the server browser listing.
client.connect 192.168.your.IP:28015 or whatever your internal LAN IP is.
Thank you, Problem Solved.
Also, It seems I always have to turn up my graphics settings upon joining my server. Is there a way to have it stay set to max?
I select the highest quality on the config prior to game launch, yet it doesn't work.

Also, if someone can confirm something for me. Try and Join the "Salty & Popo" server to test if our server can be accessed remotely. Thank you all.
