So after playing on a server for a week straight, I had slaved on making a 12 story 1x5 tower. I also had Kevlar, m4's, explosives, etc. So I was pretty happy with my work and decided to go raiding today. I ended up running into 3-4 people wearing kev and they were raiding a base themselves. I ran up and killed all of them with a shotgun alone. Now of course, immediately after, they all called me a hacker. Which I could see why they would say that, but I have 300+ hours and I have never gotten vac banned. I tried reasoning with them and telling them to look at my profile, but it was helpless. All they would do was say I was a f***ing hacker and that I should be banned. The admin had literally "caved" and just banned me after all of the chat-spam from the guys I killed. I couldn't believe that had happened. The admin (named Adam) even knew I was a returning player. I was shocked by his decision.
I guess a new mentality in rust had formed; if you can't beat 'em, get 'em banned...

Nope, that's not new.

Sorry that you had to come across this, but as Wybyrias said.. "Rust". The only thing you can do is go to another server and try to forget it ASAP.
The same story ws heard countless times, I call it the "kid admin" syndrome...
Rule 1 of a good admin: you shall never ban someone on the accusations of one single clan.
The only advise is to decide to invest time on a server once you know the admin is a "good" one, not always an easy task...
