Well I can click it but it's not doing anything else but sitting there.
This has been posted about already, but I can't find the thread so I'll give you the gist:
- try suiciding (f1, then type kill)
- try reloading the game
- if this fails many times in a row, join a different server.
- if your PC is having troubles loading, lower settings.
I mentioned this problem yesterday, but probably there are other posts too.
For me, even suicide didn't work while not being able to wake up. Restarting game solved the problem.
