Steam Browser Protocol -> Rust Server

Hey, I'm trying to set up a link on my website which will open Rust and then join my server by it's IP.

I have tried:

steam://connect/000.000.00.000:49225 (This opens a steam box called 'Game Info' and says Server is not responding, screenshot here: [url]http://puu.sh/ijyqo/73de333666.png[/url])
steam://connect/000.000.00.000:49226 (This is the 'query' IP address to my server, it opens Rust but only loads to the menu screen)
steam://252490/connect/000.000.00.000:49225 (This opens Rust to the menu screen but not the server) (252490 is the ID for Rust)

Is it possible to make a protocol from my website that opens the game AND the server?
Would love some help with this,

127.0.0.1 is your loopback address. Or is the 00.00.00.00 a placeholder?

The 000.000.00.000 is a placeholder yes, I didn't want to give out the IP.
