go to server.cfg in your server
rcon.password ""
server.hostname "[color #e5ea4]- Blah epic server name with colou"
server.pvp true
sleepers.on true
airdrop.min_players 10
conditionloss.damagemultiplier "0"
conditionloss.armorhealthmult "0"
to change colour just look up hex colors and replace the #e5ea4 with the hex color of your choice.

it may depend on your server.cfg file how it is set up.
also have you tied restarting the server or stopping it for 2-5mins after you changed it and refresh you server list.
gary may have changed it so you can't anymore but im unsure about that.
also could depend on you hosting
