What do these do?
What are the default values?
I think the first one sets the ticks (seconds or so) before buildings gets destroyed by decay.
The second one is also about buildings, but I dunno about the details, sorry.
I'm willing to bet the second one resets the decay counter on all buildings.

That's what I'm thinking but I'm too scared to try them out with active players on.

As it says, it touches every structure, you need to interact with structures to reset it's decay time, that does instantly for every single structure.
