Can anyone else not rotate the door once it is placed? Also, how to remove the door to upgrade in the future?

Doors are crafted now, not upgraded. To remove the door, make sure it is open and does not have a code lock then hold E (just like removing a lock). Rotation is not possible, you must remove the door, and then place it again.
