Hi guys, Recently I am unable to join any Rust servers for extended periods as my game crashes to a black screen. At first the error message 'AMD driver not responding' would appear however it is now just crashing to a black screen as though my monitor is not connected. I can still hear the game noise however and friends have said that my character still moves (suggesting it is a graphics issue). The only way I can exit when this happens is by a forced shut-down of my desktop. The problem is that the latest drivers were released at the same time as the latest update for Rust and so I am unable to determine where the issue lies. Is this a known issue and any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated! The problem is not your drivers I updated rust without doing the drivers update and I still had the same problem. I have been getting this problem every few updates, one update it will be gone and the next it will be back with vengeance. Just out of interest how much RAM do you have and what make is it?

Which Crimson version are you using?

I was using the previous version at first but since the problem was happening I updated to the newest version and the problem continued to happen. Lots of people have been having this issue on different games some with AMD and others with NVIDIA GPU's the only thing I have found fixing the issue for 1 guy was changing his RAM. I will be replacing my Panram ninja v 8gb RAM with 16gb corsair in 9 days hopefully this fixes the issue.
