I have a few questions. (I'm most likely going to buy the game tomorrow)
1. Can my system handle it, without lag on the default settings?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3100M CPU
Windows 8
64 bit operating system
2. If I buy the alpha does the mean I get the game full when its released?
