Just yesterday, I was playing Rust. So long, So happy.
Rust is the best game I ever played. I absolutely love it.
I had a previous account. This one was VaC banned aswell.
I was testing a few hacks and mods on my server
I didn't know it mattered if i was admin or not.
Now i was lucky enough that my parents would buy me another copy.
I didn't touch a single hack. But, I got banned. Still.
I just can't believe it. That's all i can say. I didnt go to any ''Hackforums'', I didn't open a single rust hack
I didnt do anything wrong. I was just playing with my friends.
This leaves me crying in tears, Because i know my ban appeal will be denied.
Valve is one of those big companys that is insanely stubbern and wont give up untill i give them the upperhand.
What do i do? Is there anything i can do?
Yeap. Ask parents to buy another copy.
Cheats change some files in ur rust folder, like wooden ceiling, metal doors, etc. VAC checked ur files and found smthg wrong , so...good luck, cheater.
Oh Valve are such big bullies for not unbanning cheaters caught by their anti-cheat program, damn. /s
Delete your hacks and delete and re-install steam and buy a new account.
My brother is banned too. He hasnt even played ANY games in the past 2 weeks. Hows that?
delete any hack related files that are still left on your computer.
delete everything in your rust folder and reinstall the game to be safe
or reinstall windows to be even safer.
also.
once a hacker always a hacker.
hackers get what they get for hacking.
Just cut the crap buy a new game and don't cheat this time.

Doesnt matter what i do now. My rust is gone. And i already reinstalled rust when i bought it again.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but any user name associated with the purchase of a hack on various websites that sell those hacks will be vacced? Maybe that's your answer.

Appeal your ban to Valve, if you believe you have nothing that would of triggered a VAC ban. Then let their conclusion also be your conclusion.
If they don't lift your ban because VAC has come to the conclusion you were banned for a reason, there is nothing you can do but possibly have a tantrum, be mad, buy the game again, or move on.

just gonna throw it out their that the majority of rust "hackers" don't hack, they exploit and mod and script. none of them are capable of creating hacks for the game.

How about instead of gloating you tell us what steam said why you were banned and why you were unbanned. If there really is something causing a false positive it would be nice to be able to warn people about it.
