I'm currently running a [URL="http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1347623&p=43517915#post43517915"]Purge server[/URL] and was wondering if there was a way to create a welcome message that can be changed without having to restart the server. It can be the chat message or the middle-of-the-screen message, I'm just wondering if there's a way.
