• newest update is really bad for me

I had about 30+ fps until the January 9th Rust update and now i have about 10-15 fps and i can barely move my mouse without the screen moving about 10 seconds later. Also when i look at the ground the grass is going on and off. I have grass disabled and it still renders as it is still on.
We should make a rule for that... Post your specs if you need help for issues like this.
it's been working perfectly fine for me until that update and everything just messed up.

I have been running faster than ever with the newest update :0 Are you sure it is fps lag and not connection?

What hes referring to is Power cycling his modem. When you power cycle your modem, you should also restart your router (if you have one) as well as clear your DNS resolver cache by opening up CMD and typing: ipconfig /flushdns However, since your 'lag' is graphical related... make sure you're on the latest drivers as well as have maximum settings disabled. If you're having these issues it would make sense you're on older hardware. I for one an on older hardware and I still don't have issues like this. The lowest my frames have dropped is 22. Potentially time to look into an upgrade Zant.
