New strategy for bigger groups: Give the Books/Libraries etc to the guy with the most learnt stuff, to maximize the chance the group will get something new. Absolutely not saying this change is not for the better, but organized groups will be able to make effective use of this.

Are you sure you didn't misread? It seems like we're getting duplicates of recipes we already know (I presume for trading with friends or strangers). So now if you burn your library and get something you already knew, there is just a chance that you get 2 of it. Doesn't seem to help with not wasting BPs on things you already know.

Hmm, I only read it one way, but I think as written it is ambiguous:

1) If you already have the BP, its now unlikely you will get it again, or
2) If you already have the BP, if you get it again, there is a chance to get 2.

Still, I think it is the first interpretation that is meant. We'll see in a couple of hours :-)

I'm fairly certain it's the second option, but I agree with you I would much rather have the first.
