So I've installed the latest update, now I cant join the Milan official server because its outdated, could you please update it , much appreciated.

Agreed, but somehow 7 ppl are playing right now.
It's the same every update, Milan is every time the last server which is updated.
The people just don't update their game, so they are still able to play.
