My server has quite a few mods running, but none of them should be effecting airdrops loot. I can list them if need be, or any other logs. I am not getting any errors, but timed explosives don't spawn. I have called in countless airdrops just to check, but still nothing. I want my server to go live next week, but this issue is holding me up. I can't think of what could be causing this. Any ideas? Ask if you need me info.

I guess you're probably the most unlucky guy in rust? (which could possibly be since all the loot is luck based)
Are airdrops the only thing you have checked? honestly your chances of getting c4 in an airdrop are extremely low. you're chances of getting c4 in any sort of loot drop aren't that great at all.
I would suggest going on your servers live map on playrust.io (if you have rust.io installed) and checking all the rare barrel spawns to see if any contain c4.
I don't think you're server would just not spawn c4 at all, not without some sort of slight error/warning.
On the contrary, I'm getting most of my C4 / C4 blueprints out of airdrops.
Really? that's interesting to know, I've played around 900 hours (I know, I need a life) and run two servers and I have literally never seen a c4 blueprint in an airdrop, I didn't even think it was possible until just now reading your comment.
C4 drops used to be pretty common in air drops. But I haven't gotten one in the last 2 weeks, and several people on the server I play on have been saying the same thing. Got a few C4 BPs from barrels and rad town crates though. My team could make C4 the day after the wipe (we had a BP wipe as well).
And I'll agree with Hazhap. In 750-ish hours of Rust, I've never seen a blueprint drop from an airdrop.

Well, it's possible that my memory has been tainted. It's been a long time since I've had to score a blueprint -- got my current C4 BP from a teammate. So take my post with a grain of salt. But I have absolutely, positively gotten C4 out of drops recently.
blueprints do NOT drop from aidrops.. that's in the code
they drop from barrels and boxes.. that's it.
