Im so f*cking tired from this question about few f*cking month. How to get a blueprint as ITEM in my own inventory or in inventory of player? Which command?
I'm assuming you own a server? Is it vanilla or modded? With Oxide, there is an awesome plugin to easily give player BP's: http://oxidemod.org/plugins/give.666/

No-no-no, vanilla only.
Does this not work? inventory.givebp <player> <itemid>
as far as i know without mods it is not possible to spawn the blueprint itself.
Make a research base in the Sphere Tank. I have built a base in it with only 10 research table, few second and you have any BP.
Does this not work? inventory.givebp <player> <itemid>
This command doesnt work at all, because there are no items ID for it. Just try to write inventory.givebp 1 inventory.givebp 2 inventory.givebp 7 ... inventory.givebp 115 ... inventory.givebp 10045000 and no f*cking result. So, with names too. inventory.givebp ammo_file - not work. inventory.givebp largemedkit - not work inventory.givebp rifle_ak_bp - not work inventory.givebp bp_rifle_ak - not work inventory.givebp rifle_ak.bp - not work inventory.givebp ... GIVE ME BLUEPRINT, GARRY! I spent few hours, trying MANY variants, but with no effect.
Admins can't spawn BPs in vanilla in any way, shape or form. You can learn it yourself or when you use the inventory.givebp, the player you give it to just learns it. It doesn't become an item in their inventory. As for how the command syntax, your guess is as good as mine. inventory.givebp <player> <itemid> is what is listed, but it would be nice to have an actual list of item names so we could actually use it.
