Part of survival is procreation. With the addition of female characters, there should also be sexual reproduction. New players to the server will be born into a family as opposed to starting on a beach. You will have to obey your mother/father for a certain amount of time before being able to venture out into the world, though during such time you are kept warm and fed in their base. Keep in mind if you get raided, babies can be stolen and sold on the black market as they can be researched for health purposes.

It seems as if an entirely new game would be created, something called Enslave, Rape and Procreate(only available for download at the darknet), basically every one (men and women) runs around trying to enslave each other, when captured, you're dragged back to the den of your new master, raped and forced to impregnate or give birth to children, whom have been genetically modified to rapidly grow to the age of 13 (aging slows when that age is reached), so one could end up with 300 children as part of your raiding clan. Breeding factories would be the priority of clans, massive tribal wars between your kids and your neighbours. Children are forced to work and fight till the end of their days.
The media would have a field day with this game.
