Good Morning Rusties....
I'm experiencing a major FPS drop / performance drop since the latest update. There's no settings or drivers that appear to fix this. It almost appears that the rendering of trees and other artifacts in the world are causing this issue. It's making running/hunting/building nearly impossible.
I have two GTX 908 TI in SLI, newest drivers - still goes from 200+ FPS to <10 FPS every 3-4 seconds. Please - take a look and see what's going on. Tell me if you want an export of my system settings or anything.

Same here and for everyone in the server. Performance is abysmal.
Stuttering and dropping FPS all over the place for no apparent reason
same issue here, FPS dropped by a lot and stuttering every other second, tested on several low ping servers with exact same problem, even changing settings made no difference.
Asked around and many others seems to have the same issue.
Yup this a big bum for me too. before the patch it ran smooth as @!#$ now i still have stable fps but the nano stuttering is real, so sluggie now :(
