Official server: US Central 2 (No PVP, No Sleepers) is bugged - in that it has sleepers.

This seems not to be an issue with the game itself, as with the configuration of the server, as others servers have sleepers properly disabled.

Requesting contact for responsible Host or Radmin.

"No PVP" kinda ceases to be "No PVP" when you add sleepers into the mix. Nevermind the lack of things to do in PVE already leads to constant grieving, to the point where the communities on the PVE servers are vastly more paranoid and hostile than are those on the PVP servers.

{Unrelated side note: As of the time of this post, the server is also lagging to the point of unplayability - possibly due to other processes on the box.}
