These sort of requests should be addressed directly to the company (facepunch) not on their forums. Also ,as you stated that your business isn't actualy officialy registered, I really don't think you are eligible to gain the access. The only companies that do have it are big and proven.
Yea you definitely won't be getting access to anything... It's hard enough for a real company to get access, a lone 16-year-old is going to be very very low on Garry's list.
