Rust Launcher Error

Hello I need some help ASAP, Every time I start rust it gives me this message: "Rust Launcher Error:LauncherFailure - StartSevice Failed (1058)
I already tried to restart steam and reinstalling the game if it's a problem with my specs here they are:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 @ 3.60GHz 3.60GHz
16GB RAM
64 bits

Start > Settings > Update & security

No excuses. Make sure you're up to date. I say this because Windows delivers security certificate store updates through Windows Update, and if your certs are out of date that can cause EAC to fail. It's not the [B]only[/B] possible cause of this kind of problem, but it's an easy start.

The Win32 error code is for:

ERROR_SERVICE_DISABLED
1058 (0x422)
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

Something in the system has disabled the EAC service. Please try re-installing the EAC service manually from Steam\SteamApps\common\rust\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe, and then starting the game again from Steam.

If it still happens, could you let us know what Anti-Virus are you using and if it's up-to-date?
