Hey guys, since today i have the problem that no matter which server i join i always spawn in the air and then fall to my death.
Is there any way i can clear this bug?
Not sure why, but try hitting alt+F4 as you're falling just before you hit the ground. That will close Rust. Hopefully when you log back in, you'll spawn at an altitude that won't cause you to die on landing. Not a solution to the problem, but hopefully that will help you to be able to start playing again.
1 Time it did help, but i can't place anything anymore, no campfire, no tool cupboard.

others have reported 5000 and below although that's not a concrete answer yet, but just what some have observed.
It sounds like this is a pretty serious problem I'm sure the devs will roll out hot fixes for this over the coming days. I can't imagine they'd leave it like this until next Thursday.
Well, I downsized my map from 8000 to 6000, and didnt worked.
Now I tried to 5000, and finally is working.
I lowered mine to 6000, it seems to be working at the moment.
Mine was at 6000 but i needed to lower it to 4000 to actually work..that..sucks.
