Upgrade your machine
Not even enough info to say that an upgrade is needed but yes, an upgrade isnt a bad idea and make sure your rig is CLEAN. I encounter this alot with players all the time. I ask them to crack opent he case and tell me what they see and usually the first thing is DIRT!
Rust is very expensive on your hardware. Im not sure why but it heats up my R9 270X pretty nicely. Eggs any one?
