How is it possible to build a water-base?
Unfortunately, you can not repair the foundations under water. Is there any tricks?
The only way that i see there is upgrade to a higher level (amored) but that's not the final solution.. mhm.

I haven't played in over a month so I'm not up to date, but doesn't decay depend on a door being opened now? Can you not repair foundations under water!?
I open a door every day. I build the the Base 2-3 days ago in a cold climate zone and all Foundations have now 470-480 / 500 HP.
I think decay on stone starts after 12 hours, so to avoid it altogether you need to log in and open doors twice a day. A real pain in the ass.
And no you cannot repair under water, you have to wait until the foundation decays entirely and then rebuild from the ground up.
