For people experiencing the mining bug
Do you
1) Play with the game with any form of graphical changes, ex: You changed graphic settings via launch commands/console commands, or other form? - everyone who has reported it occuring changed their in-game gfx settings in some way/shape or form
2) Is your framerate excessively low? - This could be something that's only occuring to people with low framerates, sounds crazy but game engines do weird things
3) Is the server you're on using an old backup of world map from a previous version? (it seems to occur on either or from reports)

1) Yes - I play with the grass turned off ... my preference and not for fps gain. The whole game looks like a wheat field otherwise.
2) NO - On a non-official server that isnt infested with shelters I pull 90-115 fps verified using fraps.
3) NO - same map as currently on official servers with the same invisible rock section glitch included. IMO this map on this new patch is the major offender.
