Our Crew is one of the major players on our server and we are looking for some good guys to help keep us dominant. We have all the gear you need to start. We dont KOS, we help new players. We do KOS at drops though, and raid often. Our group consists of about 10 total, two groups of about 4/5. The server we play on is a Large server, averages about 60 people, low times of day about 40, high times about 90. It is a pretty basic server, no add ons, normal drop rates and crafting times. The server is located in the US, east coast.

3.100+ Hours of RUST game time.
4.100+ Hours of FPS game time.
5.Strong Tactical Knowledge, Good Aim, Can FOLLOW DIRECTIONS in a raid and work as a team. Be Mature, dont be dicks, we are the alphas we dont need to talk about our dominance we are dominant and everyone finds out sooner or later.

Edit to answer #6: I'm looking for a competent team to play seriously with in Rust, I'm tired of going on solo runs. I have played FPS games most of my life and know how to aim WITHOUT using silly cheats. I can hit long shots with the bow like its nobody's business and I know the map well. My biggest pet peeve is loot whores and I think the bag should remain on the ground until the team regroups - you wouldn't have to worry about me diving for any loot. I'd like to join your team because I like the standards that you hold judging by your post.

I've won 2 halo tournaments when i was 18 (doubles) and another when i was 22(lone wolf). I know my way in and out of a fight.
My rust experience has been BRUTAL solo. I've only met 2 people on there who i added on steam and played with a few times yet they are on at odd times and lost some interest in rust.
Im on the east side which is perfect for me and im on everyday from 7am to atleast noon 12pm, I also get 3 Random days off a week to where i find my self playing rust non stop. I like rust a little too much and it would be nice to roll with a crew instead of naked with a bow everytime i log on to a huge server.
