So myself and around 17 friends have played around a few UK servers with great success, usually dominating the server by the middle-end of the map cycle. We've found that quite a lot of clans don't have the dedicated members to build/defend at our level. This sounds like a boast post but it's really not. We've decided to rent a server in the aims of having a community of likeminded tryharders that like the feel of the raiding and team aspect of the game.
Ontop of this, our admin (who will just be playing as admin) will be flying around during every medium to large raid to record this and put this on youtube. This'll allow him to grow his youtube channel and also build a story around the clans on the server.
We've just started renting the server and wondered if this is a good idea in the eyes of others? It's UK based and so western european players can benefit from the low ping
Shouldn't you of asked this [I]before[/I] you rented the server?
I've read your post, but I don't see anything that's coercing me to join [B]your[/B] server over anyone elses. Rustrilasia (However you spell it) it very large, and has quite a few people with successful youtube accounts commenting on it... Why would I give that up to go to yours?
Not trying to kick you in the shins here, you just need to add a bit of extra effort with some descriptions, or anything that will be over-and-above what is currently out there.
Additionally, your title reflects nothing in what you talk about in your post... No idea if I'm reading it wrong. I came here to see someone talk about a bunch of servers connected (in some way) in which you could interchange to different clans without much of a personal character difference.
