I'm HAVE DOn't Bad computer 6k cpu and 20 fps on minimal quality, but in the GTA 5 i have very huge quality and 40 FPS.... WTF RUST SUCK in optimization... This is Sooooo bad. Game's in Early Access. Issues are to be expected.
The game won't have a lot of optimization until later down the development line.

Read the devblogs you silly rage monkey. They TOLD you performance was going to be shitty, that's what happens when they add new elements to the game.
I'd bet good money there is an obvious problem that's been covered and OP is too stupid to realize it, like Rust is using his CPU instead of GPU or something.

Considering OP says he gets only 40fps on GTA V, one of the best-optimized PC releases in 2015, he's either running it at super-ultra settings, or his machine is not as beefy as he thinks it is.
I have an R9 270x, which was a $200 video card when I bought it about a year ago, and I can get 60-90fps in GTA V with everything on high or ultra except for grass quality and shadows.
